Hello Middle School Families!
We are excited to announce that we are able to bring our middle school dance back!
This event will take place on Saturday, February 12th, 2022. As with all school functions there is a dress code to follow. Please read the dress code below. More detailed information will come soon!! If you have any questions please let us know.
Female Dress Code Requirements:
The neckline of the dress at the lowest point should be at armpit level with NO cleavage of any kind showing. The back of the dress must fall at the bra line or no lower than mid-back in a rounded shape not a V-shape. The proper undergarments must be worn to secure cleavage and/or should be built into the dress. Dresses must have secure straps to hold the dress in place. Dresses must formal in length. Two-piece dresses or dresses with midriff showing will not be allowed. If the dress has a slit, the slit may not be higher than 3-4 inches above the knee. Fabric must not be made with sheer, flesh tone, or see-thru material. Final approval for dresses must be given no later than February. 8th, 2022.
The approval process for all dresses will be as follows:
All dresses must be shown in person to Mrs. Lesley Pierce, Acting Head of School and Sandy Felton, Office Manager on Main Campus. While shopping for a dress, should you have any questions, you may text a front and back photo of student fully dressed to Mrs. Pierce (252-236-8594). Please note that dress approvals will not be granted via text/pictures. All final dress approvals must be done in person on or before Tuesday, February 8th, 2022.
Male Dress Code Requirements:
Dress pants and collared shirts are the attire required for all males attending.
