The Community Christian School girls soccer team topped Greenfield 5-1 on Tuesday to open the season.

The Cyclones will host Greenfield in a rematch on Thursday, March 7.

Autumn Bradshaw led CCS with a pair of goals, both set up by Haley Brown, who added a goal of her own off an Aspen Evans helper.

In the second half, the Cyclones got goals from Ava Dunn assisted by Barrett Godwin, and Evans off an assist from Claire Boswell in her soccer debut.

On the defensive end, Anna Pierce and Amy Guzman led the way for CCS, as Payton Bush made two saves in goal.
