Hello! My name is Kelley Godwin. I am married to my husband, Chris, and we have two beautiful children, Brysen and Bristol, both who attend Community Christian School. We live in the small town of Nahunta, which is located in northwestern Wayne County. We have two cats, Alley and Milo, a black labrador, Chloe Grace, and 11 chickens. We hope to one day add more animals, like goats and cows, to our farmland. We currently attend Victory Church-Raleigh, where my husband and I serve faithfully in the music ministry and usher ministry. My family means so much to me and we are very close. By the end of the year, my students will be familiar with their names! 😊

I earned a bachelor's degree in early childhood education from the University of Mount Olive, as well as my North Carolina teaching license. This is my 11th year teaching, and my second year teaching third grade at CCS. I taught pre-K and kindergarten for 9 years prior to moving to third grade. 

I can’t wait to meet you all in a few weeks! We are going to have an amazing year in 3rd grade!
