I am so excited to have the opportunity to teach 9th-12th grade Bible this semester at CCS. I am currently the Youth Pastor at Milbournie FWB Church in Wilson and love speaking at other events. I have been at Milbournie for almost 7 years. I spent over 13 years a North Carolina State Trooper before God called me into the youth ministry. I am so grateful that God allowed me to fulfill my dream of being a Trooper and now allows me to use some of those experiences when I communicate the Gospel. I received my Master's of Divinity from Campbell University in 2012. I am married to Tiffany and I have two boys, Trey (CCS-2021) and Grant. I love to run, hunt, and spend time with my family.

 

     I look forward to helping students grow academically, but walking with students on their spiritual journey is a huge part of where my heart is. I believe that students learn in all types of different ways and my plan is to engage students in those types of learning. That includes anything from hands on activities to research papers.
