CCS denied at Bethel

KINSTON — Despite taking an 8-3 lead in the first quarter Monday, Community Christian girls basketball team came up just short in a 24-22 loss at Bethel Christian.

“We were just a little bit flat, and we made some defensive errors in the fourth quarter,” said CCS head coach Carl Bradshaw. “We will learn from this and we will move forward.”
