Farris & Thomas Law Attorneys Student-Athlete of the Week: Loreli Ferguson, Community Christian School

Loreli Ferguson has helped her Community Christian School off to a winning start this spring, making her this week’s Farris & Thomas Law Attorneys Student-Athlete of the Week.

The senior co-captain who plays sweeper and forward for the Cyclones has a pair of goals on the season as CCS has moved to a 5-3-2 start.

The daughter of Jennifer and Matthew Ferguson of Wilson, Loreli has a 4.167 GPA at Community Christian, where she is ranked No. 1 in her senior class. She takes all Honors courses at CCS and is enrolled in College Career Promise classes online.

Loreli is the president of the Beta Club at CCS and serves as historian for the school’s chapter of Future Farmers of America. She also played basketball and was a cheerleader for the Cyclones.

She worked as a cashier for Amy Jo’s Country Restaurant last summer and works part-time as a soccer recreational aide for Wilson Parks and Recreation Department.

Loreli has volunteered at the Community Soup Kitchen as well as for actitivies conducted by her church, Little Rock Original Free Will Baptist Church in Lucama.
