Dear Parents,
In reading we will review main idea, characters, plot and sequence of a story. Our vocabulary words are: cable car, trolley, skis, Metro line, vaporetto, horse-and-buggy. In Math we will continue with addition. In Bible we will begin the Easter story. Our Bible verse is “If any man be in Christ, he is a new creature.” 11 Cor. 5:17. In Social Studies we will study the globe and how other children around the world go to school.
A few reminders:
- Our class needs some ink to finish up the year. We need hp61. Thank you!
- April 12th is K-5 graduation pictures. Please send your child dressed in a plain white shirt.
- April 13th will be our Easter Party. We will have an Easter egg hunt after lunch, then a party in the room. Each child needs to send in 24 candy filled plastic eggs by next Tuesday, April 11th. A party sheet of food will be posted outside our room. I will also need a couple of parents to come and hide the eggs on the playground during lunch that day. Please let me know ASAP if you can help.
